Called Wagner for an estimate for a boiler inspection. Nathan came out and gave me an expert diagnosis of the pressure tank and lank of PSI. It made sense. Nathan returned a week later and installed new tank piping and flushed the system and purred after he was done. great work and reasonable price. Very professional and thorough.

Steven & his co-worker were very professional. Steven arrived on time & assessed our problem immediately. He offered options for replacement & explained all costs. They were thorough in completing the tasks & answered all our questions. Highly recommend Wagner!

This would have been a 5-star rating IF when they left for the day that I had heat. I did NOT! Not unreasonable to expect my new $14K install would blow heat at the end of the job. It did not. When I called, the rep said that they would have a tech out first thing in the morning. Whoa!!! I just got a big dollar install today and I get to sleep in the cold again tonight??? They reacted and got a tech out within a half hour. He resolved the issue. One switch not toggled to “On” and one wire not connected. Works per design. The original installers did not test the system before they left my property. And now for what would have been a 5-Star rating if that did not go down the way it did. On a cold “see your breath” morning the crew started to show up and get the ball rolling. Courteous, clean and professional they did what they could before a MASSIVE crane showed up to remove the old unit and place the new one. Workers did a great job. The install looks very good to this layman (though I am in the construction industry and can tell good work when I see it. It looked tidy and of course, up to code). Very happy with my unit and the install. I would absolutely recommend Wagner to others (I’m sure the snafu was an anomaly).

Wagner's technicians came the same day I called to set an appointment. They were professional, clean and exceptionally knowledgeable. They found the problem and fixed it all in the same visit. Called our former heating company regarding a furnace issue on Friday. The furnace would light but would not stay on. Had just moved our 92 yo mother in after removing her from a rehab facility in Texas after she had fallen at home. Was told they could put us on their schedule for Tuesday. So I then called Wagner. They were able to come within two hours. The furnace was made functional and the parts needed for a full repair were in stock and we scheduled for Monday to do the installation. Our technician Jesse Vigil came back on Monday and within 30 minutes had everything installed, inspected and fully functional. I recommend Jesse Vigil and Wagner without hesitation. Jesse was very knowledgeable, professional, and considerate. Jesse is an asset to your organization.

Great experience from first impression to final test of my new swamp cooler Dave was a great comfort specialist and listened to what I wanted and provide me with options including ones that pnm offered rebates on(not what I wanted but great to have them presented). On the day of install the install team arrived early and I asked them if they could save the old cooler motor and they had no problem saving it for me. Devon and Trent (i think those were their names I'm bad at remembering names) were quick, well organized, and very polite and professional. They put new duct seal on my existing duct work which is greatly appreciated. Pablo came out to wire in the new cooler and again quick organized and professional. Total time spent on site was about 2 hours to get everything up and running. 10/10 Amazing team and amazing company
